If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped discreetly in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure customer privacy. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout but may vary based on your location and carrier performance.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, postal services, or customs;

  • Lost parcels after a delivery confirmation has been issued;

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or opened packages.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, defective, or not as described. We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@serpex.com.au and providing your order number, description of the issue, and proof of purchase.

Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Unless the fault is ours, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
